Just want you all at Russ Dean how very very much we appreciate ALL that you have done for us. We were having some problems that needed attention on our 5th wheel and you all went above and beyone to work with us. Lora was our representative and she was just the most helpful and nicest lady. Also, those we haven't met or delt directly with went out of their way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. And Joe, he is one of the nicest and most helpful man we have ever met. Met him while walking my dogs and asked questions about our service and how things were going. He wanted to know if there was anything he could do to make our stay "in the back" more comfortable. Well, we were comfortable and all our needs were met. He just wanted to be sure and let me say that I sure wouldn't mind being part of your Russ Dean family. THank you everyone for your wonderful service and kindness. I will always recommend Russ Dean to anyone interested in buying an rv. I just wish my family lived here because I would send them over. Thank you again and I wish you all many years of success.

This past weekend, we went to Hat Rock Campground where we keep our Springdale trailer that we bought from Russ Dean last winter. We were going to "unwinterzie" the trailer. Mike Urain and I had been in communication about the steps to take so I thought we had it all under control. However, on Sunday when we tried to follow the directions, we were not getting the results anticipated. Mike Leroux who lives in Hermiston and works for Russ Dean had helped with the original setup. He was a terrific "explainer" and said to call anytime we had a question. So on Monday I took advantage of him. Come to find out, it was his day off. However, instead of answering our questions over the phone, he made a trip out to Hat Rock and went over each thing and got our trailer "unwinterized". He would accept no compensation for his time. Wow, what an employee! We have sincerely been thankful that we chose Russ Dean to purchase a trailer from. Each individual has treated us with true "interest" in us being happy with our trailer. Mike Leroux is just another example of an individual who truly cares about the customer satisfaction. We appreciate his time and effort. Again....thanks Mike.

I have bought several RV's from Russ Dean over the years and to be honest,have not been happy with all of them. I have to say that although some of
my RV's have come with some larger than usual problems, your service department has always impressed me. I called today and talked to Mike Urain
because my slide unit was not working. I explained the problem and he explained what was most likely wrong and how to fix it. As I laid out under
my RV, he explained step by step how to nudge the electric motor back into service. It just happened that my RV was delivered without the small nut on
the motor to resolve the problem. Within 15 minutes Mike had driven to my home in South Richland and climbed under my 5th wheel to fix the problem and
show me how to resolve it if it happened again.
WOW! You don't see that any more these days. I can't thank you enough and want to ensure you that my business will continue to flow your way, along
with everyone I can share my experiences with. Please commend Mike Urain for his commitment to representing Russ Dean RV at such a unremarkable
level. This is not my first experience with Mike that has impressed me.

We purchased a Motor Home September 2008 from Russ Dean R.V. and from the Sales Department to the Service Department, the staff and Management of this Company cannot be surpassed.
Cheryl from sales knew exactly what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us something else. She kept looking until she found exactly what we wanted. The sales manager made sure all of our requests were met. Mike, Customer Care Manager took care of making sure that everything was working properly and fixing the things that weren't. He also did a walk thru and made it clear he was available at anytime if we had any questions or problems and his word is gold, because he did, and does exactly what he promises. Lora, Service Advisor, made sure the service was completed and on time. These are just a few of the people who worked directly with us, but there were others, all of whom were exceptionally courteous and helpful.
